Alexa is the Operations Director for Farringdon Group, she is based at Farringdon Group HQ in Kuala Lumpur. Alexa joined the company in its earliest days, and has been integral to its development and achievements. Alexa is responsible for office operations and oversees administration, HR and accounts.

A graduate from the University of Wales with a degree in Business Administration and Spanish, Alexa began her career in the International Medical Insurance industry back in the UK. Showing a passion for travelling and experiencing new cultures, Alexa was soon transferred to the Hong Kong office and then to Malaysia, before pursuing a new role with Farringdon Group. Having dealt with many different Financial Advisory companies in her previous job, she was quick to recognise what set Farringdon apart: “we appreciate that each client is unique with different needs and goals, which necessitates a tailor made solution to their financial requirements. We are independent in our advice, and believe in giving a personal service that instils the utmost confidence in our performance and management. Client retention and referrals have been paramount in the company’s growth and this only emphasizes our reputation as one of the most trusted companies in the industry”.

Alexa believes that a “Firm, Fair and Fun” approach to employee management is key to maintaining the highest standards and productivity. This is evident in the KL office, where there is a hard working yet relaxed and friendly environment, with each employee a part of the Farringdon Group ethos.

Out of the office, Alexa is an avid sportswoman and represents Malaysia in Gaelic Football, runs a KL netball team and regularly competes in distance running events around the region.
